Draco Lands, Draco Lands Clocks

If Draconic Knight's Clock is fully filled and Wyrm's Clock is filled with only one, is the state of Draconic Knight correct?

Question: "Erupting Flame" is listed as "enemy" only at 6.  If it's 4,5, will Engraved in the same place also take damage?

"The block value is only applied once for the total amount of harm."

Question:   The total harm applying guard is the sum of all harm taken from multiple enemies, and the guard value he applies only once.  Is this correct?  Or apply the guard value to the sum of each harm of multiple enemies? 

Question:  Cleave's targets are enemies.  Does Cleave damage all adjacent enemies?
